Every citizenwatch.com purchase comes with our 30-day, money-back guarantee so that you can be sure your new CITIZEN timepiece meets your expectations.

If you would like to return your watch, please send an email to customersupport_ca@citizenwatchgroup.com and provide the following information:

  • The email address associated with your order
  • Your order number
  • Your return reason code (choose from below):
    • CR = Changed Mind
    • NA = Not as Pictured or Described
    • BP = Found Better Price Elsewhere
    • MS = Other (please describe)

A Customer Care representative will email you a Return Authorization number and free return shipping label. If you prefer, you may also call us and we will be happy to assist you by phone: 1 (800) 263-7799, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM EST.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction.

Expedited shipping are non-refundable.
