Q: How do I size the bracelet on my watch?
A:

Proper bracelet sizing requires special expertise and experience. If you are not familiar with bracelet sizing procedures, the pins could become damaged and that may lead to failure of the pin. We highly recommend you seek the assistance of an experienced technician.

Q: Why didn’t my watch come with bracelet sizing instructions?
A:

As many bracelets require special expertise and experience to size, we do not include sizing instructions. Unless you have experience in sizing bracelets, the pins can become damaged leading to failure of the pin. We highly recommend you seek the assistance of an experienced technician.

Q: Why is my jeweller charging me to size my watch?
A:

Many jewellers will size a new watch at no charge if the watch is purchased from them. However, they may charge for sizing items that are purchased from other retailers or the internet.

Our Service Centre is happy to size your new purchase for you. However, you would incur shipping costs to get the watch to us, so it may be more cost effective to seek the assistance of a local jeweller.

Q: I need to make my watch bigger. How can I get additional links?
A:

If you are located in Canada, please call our Customer Service team at 800-263-7799. Our telephone hours are 9:00 to 4:30pm, Eastern Standard Time, Monday – Friday. We would be happy to assist you with an order. Do be aware however, that installation and/or removal of links may require special expertise and as such, we recommend you seek the assistance of an experience technician for installation.
